disable clicks on photo if the same IP address?

Is this posible to disable the clicks after the users clicks the Image or Text in the same IP Address?

Checking just the IP address to restrict clicks is not a good idea if users from a large organization are accessing your site. The organization will have just one public IP address.

You can set session variables to check the number of clicks that have come from a user.
