I too will go with Notepad ++ although I have used Dreamweaver a lot.
Eclipse FTW. Such a nice IDE. Notepad++ for small quick changes outside a project.

I use Dreamweaver, i use others tool, but not suit for me..
anyway.. i really like Dreamweaver 8 compared to older and newer version of Dreamweaver..
Dreamweaver CS3 for me it's too memory consuming. TT

Notepad all the way - Shows the sign of a true designer - Photoshop, and Notepad and for CSS as its just color coded and helps a little i use TopLayer3
