There must be, because http://www.awooga.org/ and http://www.forimg.com/ do that.
You might have to roll your own with something like class.upload.php.

There was a mod for this purpose when MMH was on a .com and had a forum there too. I cant seem to find it ever since they moved to .org. Hope that someone here have that mod.
