Thread: Need help with redirection...

Hey,

I am trying to find out how to redirect webevader.org/forums to forums.webevader.org since there is a cookies issue which i have come across...

Is there anyway in which i can do this via CPanel ? since i am using MyBB and would like to keep everything as simple as possible

Just use .htaccess:

Exactly..go to your control panel..subdomain pointers will be there..so that you can easily set up this to the specified directory...

The cPanel link is the following:

http://IP-OR-DOMAIN.EXTENSION:2082/frontend/x3/mime/redirect.html

And than you should be able to redirect, in fact it makes a .htaccess file via the pannel and auto-adds it between your files (I'm not 100% sure though, but it's a wild guess )
