Is there any program that selects fields of Texts from PHP code, prompt user to translate it into another language. Such as from English to Turkish. I have developed a document management software in English and would like it to be translated into another languages easily. It is a free program.
I believe if I can think of something related to programming, someone else has already done that. Because, I am really hobby programmer and programming is not my profession.
Your prompt response will be appreciated.

What I believe I am misunderstood. My problem is once you start editing a php code, it is hard to distinguish the words to be translated:
For example, say there is a line in your php code:
echo "Kordil Is a Surveying Company Registered in Turkey";
I want to translate this code into Turkish as:
echo "Kordil Turkiye'de hizmet veren bir ölçme şirketidir"
If you accidentally translate the command "echo" then you know what happens.
Now, my problem is having a tool that highlights the fields or selects translatable fields to easy the translation. The highlighting text editors are the basics of this issue, while I am looking for something more specific which is developed specifically for translation, if there is any of course.
Because, the program works in Intranet an Internet. With the way you suggest requires all users must have internet connection. Also the quality of the translation (!), especially to Turkish.
For example this is a single word in Turkish
"Are you one of those that we could not have possibly turned into a Checkoslavakian?"
So just imagine you consider the quality of translations.
That is why I am not looking for a tool to make translation. Looking for a tool which easy the translation. For myself or someone else who is dummy in code reading. Once you start hard editing the code, sometimes makes you as if looking for rubbish in the pin. As a firm statement, my focus point is not the spoken language, is to identify the fields to be translated.
