    I'd consider PHP, PERL, Python, and Ruby -- but I can't imagine working with ASP if I had any choice in the matter.

    Thats neat. I didn't know twitter ran on ruby. I guess there not doing Ruby any favors by hiding the .ext with mod_rewrite.
    Google I know uses python, you see can .py extension on quite a bit of their site. Youtube uses PHP!
