i think point 12,21, and 27 is priority. Because the main purpose of all blog is commonly : become popular or to earn money. And that 3 point is the effective way

With SEOing your site, get many link from relevant site, and optimizing your blog, if all managed well, the best result you'll be listed on good serp position. And that's mean you will get a lot of natural traffic.

With a lot of traffic, your purpose of being popular is alreday reached. And your purpose of making money is become more easily.

Another 96 point is also good, but i think it's just to make additional traffic and un-natural traffic

Among 100 u can get traffic if u follow only 5 of them :P
Ultra Professional website makers should go after all of them hehe.

my favorite way to promote my website is the 50th option - Pray. I get around 500 visitors per day, so it looks like it is working.
