    Thanks Suncrafter, it reminds me a few promotion methods I have not done / forgot. Oh ya some of them are grey and black hat you know.

    By the way, has anyone tried that Yahoo! Answer promotion method?

    well blackhat would be some promotion techniques (will get your site let's say sitting on the top 5 google SERP really quick) which are not approved by SE and will get you warned or even banned if you get caught, and greyhat is something in between.
