Is Adwords Worth a Try

I have a free coupon worth 50 $ of adwords should i use it to advertise my site http://weirdostuff.com

Do you have any way to monetize the site? It doesn't look like you are selling anything.

I used my $50 adwords coupon a while back to promote CoreLogo – logo and graphic design

from what I can tell it resulted in 3 sales direct from adwords advertisments. At the cost of $80 per design, it was easily worth it.

If anything it will atleast drive some traffic to your site.

The ads are present in posts but i have refrained from ads on main page . should i add ads on Index?

He's more thinking along the lines of your website selling a product. You'll get the most return out of adwords that way. but as i said you can still use it as a medium to generate traffic to your site. That way if you have some type of ad campaign running you could increase your earning off that. Also you can aim the ads you creat using adwords to any page on your site. So having no ads on your main homepage might not really matter.

I am not selling any product its just a blog , where people read stuff & i thought i did use the coupon of adwords that i have to get some extra traffic to my blog?

hmmm I suggest you fix up the klanding page first or use the 50 bucks for another offer. If you choose the right one you could doulbe the money, if you know what your doing.
