I know there is no benefit of Alexa rank, but I care about it :)

No, it will not.
This is not how Alexa works. Alexa ranking is based on how many visitors came to your website from Alexa Toolbar. So, using an Alexa widget on your website will not make a differece.
No, but using the Alexa toolbar and visit your site a lot and create pageviews will help a lot :D

Alexa rank is absolutely worthless and totally inaccurate. Webmasters should never focus on it when judging about a website.
