Bing - A New Way to Search, Explore, & Decide is a really well put together video by Microsoft, explaining how Bing is different than the existing competitors. The video positions Bing as a "decision engine" instead of a "search engine."
It's really not true, but it's a great marketing message. Microsoft is promoting technology as "new" which Google has been using for quite some time.
"Decision engine" seems only to mean "search engine owned by Microsoft."
