The lastest pr update,our site is still 3, i do not know why,in my opinion.the pr is relativity with backlinks,right?
And what will affect pr?Could you tell me?

You are right, backlinks. Even better will be backlinks from related sites; still better would be backlinks from authority sites related to your niche. Nowadays increasing PR is very hard. Not many sites get above PR4

Factors infection PR: how many backlinks your site have; backlinks form defferent ips; backlinks from high pagerank sites; outlinks from your site; and your site should not link to banned sites, etc.
