As Will told you already, profile score needs to be minimum 75. You can take these steps to increase the score -
Post 3-4 Hubs at a gap of 3-4 days.
Comment on others' good hubs
Be their fan if you found them great to be with
Join Hubpages forums and join one or two discussions everyday.
Your score should be 75 within a week or so.

Here's a critical tip I learned recently about both Squidoo and HubPages.
You can promote your lenses and hubs by adding popular tags to them, which will get them listed on tag pages and will pull PageRank to them.
You can find popular tag pages on both systems by using the Google site: operator:
To find relevant tag pages, just add your keywords to those searches.

In my opinion, it's better stragety to focus on a quality over quantity approach rather than blasting articles out. A couple accounts on article marketing sites can be more effective to drive traffic to your site than a lower quality strategy.
That sound like a lot of work but certainly more effective than blasting articles.
I like to use YoStuff.com a lot. It is very easy to use and you can earn a nice amount of money.
