Do you invest back in your business?

A lot of people I've seen are happy to buy eBooks, reports, videos that claim to be the next big secret, but they won't invest back into PPC, maybe outsourcing some articles to submit to article directories.

At the same time, I know a lot of people who've invested a lot into their business and apparently, it has enhanced their business. I'm one who tries a lot of ideas. 90% of my ideas fail. But 10% that do make it, make it BIG.

Do YOU invest back in your BUSINESS?

Sorry, I'm not a 100% sure if I got your post right, but if you're speaking about investing TIME & EFFORTS in our 'ventures', then yes, I do.

And that was the main cause of my first blog's failure -Too much of my spare time was taken by my studies and sports (American football), so I had to give up on something.

    There's no glory without attemps!

Agreed that 'time = money' so therefore you're investing a lot, but in terms of actual money I usually end up paying for different ventures with my money. I find a lot of the hard work can be done by yourself by using free methods, but there are only 24 hours in a day.

That said, I am putting some money together for some article rewriters to get articles to submit to directories

Outsourcing things you can't do is the best way to move.

I've seen people not able to get it right JUST because they tried to do everything themselves. As you said, there are 24 hours in a day, so do what you do the best, and outsource the rest.

(BTW, the last line was rhythmic, eh?)

I try to use my profits to invest in services that I think will help me. For example, I sold a couple of blogs recently and then I got my aweber account, and have been toying with a backlink service. I also bought some PLR that I'm using to build another site to flip. I do have some "in reserve" so I haven't used up all my profits.

I only invest back in my business if I see it beneficial for me in the long run.

Sometimes your business will do good but wont expand much, so your investment won't be returned.
