I highly doubt it. I have never had a problem with this. This is from my personal experience. Good question though.
Something that has been bugging me for a while in forum signatures: If I add color to my links, then they stand out better. But will it be the same for search engines?

I don't think anyone really knows the answer to this.
Google claims to have "over two hundred" factors it's ranking algorithm. Maybe some of them have to do with link styling?
I've often wondered if links with different target attributes carry different weights. For example, does setting target="_blank" lower the amount of link juice that is passed?
But how do you test? What if the lowering is only by 5%? It gets lost in the noise.
