The key ingredient is to post your links in the same fashion as another "fellow human" would.

I'm highly opinionated that you need to have an 80% spread of your major KW followed by secondary and tertiary terms.

The metric / proportion / math is secondary - ensuring that your links don't have the same text surrounding them is most important.
