please suggest me best email marketing script to send newsletters to my subscribers.

If i was you i would buy a email list and then buy a emailer
and send out a email to like 1 - 2 million emails = you would get
like a 5% response from it

don't know if sending would be a good idea too. as if they don't received some everytime you post an entry since they're your subscribers. but users will just consider it as spam.

Some more details ::

i will not give any spam or only if i did any changes or have any special offer,
and only 1-2 times in a month.
all subscriber will be my valuable client who is ready to take my newsletter. :P

so please let me know how i can send mails to my clients.

I think aweber is the most popular email service around. But personally I think they are quite expensive. Just look at the pricing page and you will see.

1shoppingcart is much cheaper and I think way better.

I really suggest you use email marketing service, such as aweber or 1shoppingcart, because then you don't have to worry about the technical side of it. And both, aweber and 1shoppingcart, allowes you to track you email campaigns' performance. (Clicks, sales and so on).
