Google updates PR once every quarterly. Atleast that's what my experience is. It may not be that accurate but its somewhere around that time.

So I just recently checked my websites and it turns out Google has released a PR Update! My site (which I just purchased the domain not 2 months ago) went from being a PR0 to PR4! I find this to be some really great results in my book, but mostly because all I've done is build tons of backlinks to my site which has helped tremendously.
Anyways I figured I'd share this with the rest of you guys, you may want to check out your websites' PR rankings and see if they've improved or decreased since the last update.

Yes you are right. PR Updation is going on currently.
DON.
Indeed, I've just checked and a few of my sites went up![]()
I always hear how PR isn't important, but it really does play a factor in the amount of money you can charge for advertising. People who run AdSense or another PPC network generally don't need to worry about this, but if you're running a popular blog or social networking site you need to have stats to show advertisers - and PageRank is a popular number most ask for!
Been waiting for it, and I knew it was coming![]()
