Matt Cutts has tweeted the following Panda Weather Report:

Weather report: expect some Panda-related flux in the next few weeks, but will have less impact than previous updates (~2%).

I'm wondering if this Panda-related flux this month will be a tweak of Panda 2.5 or instead a new Panda 2.6 update?

Panda 2.6 doesn't exist. Let me explain why. The three Panda update at the end of September and Oct were originally labeled as Panda 2.5, 2.5.1 and 2.5.2 But Google later mentioned that one of the Oct Panda updates was actually a major update which would have been Panda 3.0. So, the Panda data refreshes of Nov and Jan were Panda 3.1 and Panda 3.2

The confusing part is that there's two flavors of Panda which are algorithm updates and data refreshes.
