Thread: Google Toolbar stuck on PR3?

My Google toolbar is stuck on PR3 no matter which site I visit. Anyone else notice this?

All ok in Asia although you never know what will happen next with my dodgy ISP

The google toolbar just went back to normal for me. Perhaps Google was running a test? PR update on the way?

I doubt, its been just a month since the last PR update. I believe the next big step would be the caffeine update and maybe after that they may update the PR somewhere in the End of Feb-Mid March.

Most likely they will update the PR before caffeine is rolled out. A PR update is kind of like a general houskeeping chore and something that they like to get out of the way before doing anything big.

In any case, a PR update to the toolbar doesn't mean much. PR is updated "internally" at Google on a daily basis. It's just that they don't show it to us via an export to the toolbar.

I think that you're right. It doesn't look like caffeine is going to be deployed at this time. I really believe that there will be a PR update before caffeine is rolled-put.

I thought google removed the page rank feature from the tool bar? Try updating the tool bar to the latest version and see what happens.

The google toolbar I'am using right now, it does not even have a pagerank feature on it. Also, I heard that google was removing a lot of the "page rank" stuff, such as google webmaster tools.

You need to add the page rank feature.

1) Go to the wrench icon (in Google toolbar)
2) Select Options
3) Selct Tools (on left)
4) Check Pagerank

I think PR update is on the within next 20 days, I hope to get 2 increments in this update.
