Sure there is. For most people its all about getting the crystal ball out and trying to guess what the problem might be.

But first thing I see when I open you site is all the stuffing at the top that are hardly seen unless you ctrl+a the page

Which might be fine but should be shorter.

Go through everything and get rid of the black,gray,purple,orange and red hat stuff and go pure WHITE HAT once you have cleared all the stuffing and went the extra steps to make sure you have fixed any duplicate title, meta tags, descriptions, alt tags, html errors etc then in the Google tools area you have the Request reconsideration link. Dont waste your time asking what the violation was as they wont tell you. Dont ask for reconsideration until you have cleaned up your site. If you are unsure you can ask a couple of the members here who know SEO very well and might be able to take this on and fix it so it can be reconsidered by G
