Do you happen to have a yahoo site explorer account? If not, that is the first place I recommend you start.

At this point, I would not focus on Yahoo! SEO at all. Pretty soon, the yahoo search results are going to be from Bing.com, so you would be better off optimizing for Bing, not Yahoo.
Need links? Try AuthorLinks where you can buy or sell links based on Authorship and Klout score. Check out my blog or like me on Facebook.

I'd say just do the normal SEO keeping Google in mind with some extra On-Page Optimization and Meta Tags. This would automatically optimize you for Yahoo & Bing.

1 Thing i've observed is that High PR Dofollow blog commenting works well for Yahoo and Bing but not as much for Google.

Keep in mind that Yahoo! search is going to be soon powered by Bing.com, so you don't need to focus so much on Yahoo right now.

Yahoo/Bing is approx 20% of search traffic and a good back-up should you loose your Google rankings.

It is not necessary to focus on any one aspect of SEO. It is an effort that involves many facets and if you focus on one part you will likely short yourself in other areas.
