How to Get Ranked for Google Images?

and Have one more question..
All images of one of my site got deindexed. How can I get them back?? Any Ideas?

For ranking for Images you need to do something called as 'Image Seo'.
You can get some info here : Optimizing Images For Search Engines.

Google is not too smart with images, so optimizing for images is a bit difficult as compared to normal seo. Relevancy matters a lot here.

It seems that google is now indexing smaller images.

The same thing happened to one of my sites. All the images are de-indexed and were like 400x600 and large. The images now showing in Google search are now smaller.

Also most of the images in the search are coming from wallpaper sites and galleries.

In my case all images were deindexed.. Even it has no indexed images now. No Smaller..
