There is a good scope for your site in Warez forums where images of the product being help for download are always posted.
As Will said PTC forums too will be quite useful.
Don't depend much on SEO for promotion, try promoting it virally as that's the best way for such sites to gain popularity.

And the best easy method to promote free image hosting is to find some indian entertainment forum, beacuase all is full with high traffic and promote your site there.
