Link Building Service?

Does anyone know of a good link building service that they have used in the past to gain better ranking on Google?
Doing a search on Google seems to yield many companies but it is difficult to know if they are of any value. Thank you.

I personally haven't come across any trusted one yet. Sadly the only way to know is to try, which is practically impossible considering all the link building services available out thee.

I am looking for one, please help me find one :)
