I'm really surprised no one has mentioned Twitter yet. It's one of the best marketing tools out there and will definately get you a load of loyal, targetted readers IF you know how to use it properly, and that's a big if.

I'm forgot somebody which make a discussion with me about prefer amount of follower or quality follower. Is that with you, simon?
About sentences "if you using it properly", of course, there is no purpose will reached if we don't effort properly, there is no business can run well if we can't manage it properly.
Can you list about how to properly using twitter then?

About blog commenting, i just wanna make some opinion and information. I think blog commenting is good when you do it on same topic blog with your blog, and look only for blog which using do-follow.

Sometime we get blog which use no-follow. How to find only do follow blog with same topic? To find same topic blog, just googling it, it's very easy and i'm sure you're already know about this. And to check it's do-follow or no, just use do-no follow checker. If you using mozilla, you can integrate the do-nofollow ads-on to you browser. Just do right click and click no do follow button, you can know which blog using dofollow/nofollow

My top tip would be to not spam, and stay active in the community. I mean, don't always just post links... you need to reply to people, help people out, retweet and sometimes tell people what's happening in your life. If you only post links, people will just ignore you, but if you can get to know people, they're much more likely to click your links when you do post them.

An easier (and quicker) way is to look through dofollow directories such as dofollow diver. Type your keywords into one of these directories and you're bound to find loads of blogs in your niche that are dofollow!

Forum signatures are a great source of traffic, but it always is about those people who are just on the internet for the same reason you are. A lot of times, the traffic that comes from these forums is not going to be the traffic you want, since most people will not click on the ads or have ad blockers. (Hopefully I don't offend anyone).

Another good way to include a lot of the internet community along with those who are not used to the internet marketing thing, is to use social networking sites, such as facebook, myspace, and now twitter. I have found twitter to be extremely useful in internet marketing. Try it out.

Hmm, good point you've made there, but the thing is a lot of people who do visit will have clicked your link because they want to visit your site. Therefore, they're quite likely to actually read the content on there, and, assuming it's a blog, leave a comment or two, which will in turn help improve your blog and make it look better.

about forum signature that promot to your side ...
some forum that i join,not allowed the member put a link to promote our site ...and the others dont have signature facilty for the member ...
so because of that,i promote by posting my link at the bottom of my post when i reply a thread .. ^^

dhikx, hmm, I'm assuming you get banned for that in the majority of the forums? I'm guessing most forum owners who disallow sigs want to stop links going out, so surely they wont be happy at you just posting it anyway?

i do that because i firstly see the other members in the same forum do the same thing ... many of them reply something on the thread and below the reply posted they put the link

I don't see why some forum administers would not want people to have a signature. Not only is a signature a good source of promotion, but it is also a good idea to show a little bit about yourself. Yeah, a lot of people just spam a forum to get there link out there, which isn't a good way about going about things.

Forum posting is a bomb LOL!! it can definitely be very effective but of course posting links can be very spammy you must contribute to the forum not just posting links randomly
