MS misusing IE to promote Bing?

Am a regular Firefox user, just switched to IE to open up a particular web app that only IE would support. I typed in the name of the site right(I'm very much sure), hit 'Enter'..and..'Bing' opens up and makes me click on the option on the top(the same site i.e.) to be redirected there...WTF??? What's Worng with Microsoft?? Can't they just let me surf with peace? No wonder why all users move onto Firefox and Opera.

But guys! don't get angry I thought it was their marketing strategy 'to promote' as more and more people are switching to firefox. By the way I am also firefox fan.

I also switch to firefox, that is what I usually use today. I'm still using IE but very rare because I can't open some of the website there. Maybe some of the websites are restricted to open in IE.

IE7 was good in terms of Performance but vulnerable and obsolete. MS promised IE8 to be the most secure, and Bang, the day after its official launch itself it was hacked by some1 whose name i can't recollect. While Firefox was not so very loved, it became more and more popular specifically after the release of Firefox 3.0.

Firefox, opera, google chrome is better than internet explorer.

In Firefox we can open many tabs in one browser and because of this speed is getting fast.

This feature is available in all browsers including IE (v7 onwards)..But not just because of tabs, firefox is quite optimized for fast surfing which IE is not and ends up and ends up taking a lot of memory for unnecessary things..

It's promotion. Just like Full- Page ads and Popunders. They just have a much much much bigger budget and better results to show for it.

Microsoft is always doing something like this to promote its objects. I have no surprises to show on this one.
I hat MS. It is big but acts like spineless leech.
