MSN SEO Guide needed

hi People

I am looking for a guide or ebook for the MSN seo purpose. Is user friendly urls are different than the Google one? If yes then how people do SEO for both the search engines at a time?

I want to know this too. My sites rank well at google but its like not even visible at MSN, wats the difference of MSN from google,, why it indexes so slow?

Google is almost always going to index better than other sites..I don't really focus on msn that much to tell you the truth
