Aahh... seems there's a bit of miss communication here..
I thought I may receive a penalty should Google crackdown if I optimized each page to a specific keywords.
I am not going to start a link schemes since I don't even understand it and more over it's against Google's webmaster guidelines, so I won't do that.
Right now I am optimising each page to a specific keywords, still looking for some forum posters (the one I had a deal with suddenly dissapear for more than a week now, so I am open to a new offer), also I have just post a new thread looking for some social book markers, if you interested please have a look.

bogart's right, there are a lot of things you can do that can harm it. First you must read the guideline of google to know it an examples are spamming, keyword stuffing, link farming.
