I guess it depends whether you aim to get more traffic or rank higher in terms of PR and SERP
Which one of these will be best?
Number One: Backlink from a related site. (Assume PR 4).
Number Two: Backlink from a site having $,$$,$$$ backlinks. (Assume PR 4).
Number Three: Backlink from a site having $$,$$$ traffic. (Assume PR 4).
Number Four: Backlink from a PR 5 or PR 6 site?
Number Five: Backlink from a site having $$,$$$ indexed pages?
Guys tell me which one will be best from these all?
Right now I am doing Number Five.
Would like to know your suggestions..
PageRank has minimal effect on rankings these days. I would rather get a link from a page in a related industry that already ranks very high.

If those are the only choices, then it is going to be difficult. Of course the number one for me would then be the relevance of the page.. since it is in good PR (it says Assume PR4) then it has a chance to bring in good link juice for me. if it receives targeted traffic even not that big, then its another bonus as I would love to have targeted traffic more than just traffic. I have more chance of conversion from a target traffic than a bunch of traffic who are visiting my site not by purpose....
if I will summarize what I would like, it would be..
a link from a page with good PR, related to my site, gets crawled by Search Engines and receives targeted traffic.
I'd go for three. Since visitors convert into money and pagerank doesn't. It variates per niche though, if I could get a quality link in the adult industry I'd go for it, if it would be in the arcade niche, I wouldn't
