10 samples is nothing. Say if you were finding out the ethnicity of the population in USA and you get 10 random people. 8/10 you choose are Asian. Does that mean 80% of the population are Asian? I wouldn't think so. They are same in figures, but have different meanings when it comes to the fairness of statistical variances.
If you think 10 can not present the actual, then how many are enough to represent the actual? 10000? 20000? 30000?
You can never get the actual, if you dont believed, mark down your current status
