PPC as a Link Building Tool...

You people have tried so many Link Building techniques to get a good traffic, but often you would have been failed to get the desired quality and quantity on your site. You have got so many inbound links, as well, with a thought to raise the traffic, but again, it would not have been the result you have expected. What I tell you to do is, try to buy relevant traffic with a PPC (Pay Per Click) campaign. Relevant traffic will get your site more visitors and brand exposure. When people come to your site, regardless of the channel in which they found it, there is a possibility that they will link to you.
Suggestions and thoughts are readily welcome.

Your suggestion is undoubtedly the best. Anyone would love to start a PPC campaign and have thousands of 'quality' visitors. But the catch here is, its not free. When you have to shell out money, you need to think. Mostly people compromise for low cost traffic which comes from search engines or PTC sites which gives them temporary results but doesn't help in the long run.

Yeah, this is the main issue. All PPC links are not free, and do not justice with the requirements. Even, I am going to those PTC sites so as to earn a few dollars, and because they normally don't pay the way they claim they do.

Not bad, though this does require payment from you.

If we are talking about back linking then the goal is to establish a line of communication with other site owners. When you see a site that has similar content to your site than you could discuss ways that you can promote each others site. Allowing any site to add a link to your site doesn't always serve you well. The focus needs to be on relevant content between the sites. That raises the quality factor of your link on the top search engines. Its much easier to say then do, unfortunately. Some webmasters will create several sites with similar domain names and use some networking content so one site feeds into another. Similar to what you may see in the offline world with vertical integration.

Another thing i'd like to mention here is PPC does not help in linkbuilding. Your ad remains only till it reaches the number of clicks bought. After that its pulled off.
