Let's say I get a lot of very good backlinks to siteA and siteA redirects to siteB (301, permanent).
Which one will get the juice, the pagerank? Which url will have a boost in the SERP? siteA or siteB?

Once you do a redirect, SiteA is SiteB. They will both get the authority, link juice, pagerank, SERP boost, etc...
But if you ever break the 301... those attributes will stay with the URL where the links point -- SiteA.

Thanks for the help Will!
Let me ask the question in another way.
Let's say I want to give juice/authority to a page containing a querystring (ex: aSiteToGiveJuiceTo.com?a=123&b=456 ) and to do this I need to backlink from a site (highPrSite.com) which don't accept a querystring in the url of the link.
Can I create a redirecting page on one of my site (tempSite.com/redirect), with no querystring, and redirect to the target site?
highPrSite.com -> (link) -> tempSite.com/redirect -> (301 redirect) -> aSiteToGiveJuiceTo.com?a=123&b=456
Would aSiteToGiveJuiceTo.com?a=123&b=456 really get some juice using this method? Could it helps it rank higher in the SERP?

Great to hear, tough I have a little question myself about this (better reply in this thread than making a new one no?)
What happens if you redirect multiple sites to 1 website, will it get the authority from the best site or just zero of all sites?

Yes. The entry in .htaccess would look something like this:
It would transfer juice if the original page you redirected had link juice pouring into it.Code:Redirect 301 /page.html http://www.example.com?p=page.html
It should be additive. Google doesn't publish details, of course, but that's the option that makes the most logical sense.

I wonder if some people use this redirection of juice in a strategical way. Let's say I want to promote siteA. I get a lot of backlinks from juicy sites (Squidoo, Digg, etc.) but instead of pointing them to siteA, I point them to tempSite.com/redirectJuice.
juicySites -> (link) -> tempSite.com/redirectJuice -> (301 redirect) -> siteA
If you are correct, this would help siteA, as if the links were directly pointing to it.
Now, if I need some fast juice for a important new project, siteB, I could only change tempSite.com rules (.htaccess) to redirect to siteB instead of siteA.
juicySites -> (link) -> tempSite.com/redirectJuice (new .htaccess rules) -> (301 redirect) -> siteB
What do you think? Would the juice go to siteB then?
If so, isn't this a very efficient way of building backlinks, since you can control where you want to redirect the juice, whenever you want?
Google takes time to pick up the changes and pass on the link juice. Above all, links need to be related to linking site to some extent so as to pass on the juice.
Again, it takes time to pick up changes and redirect the link love. And once you make the changes, your older project will lose link juice and maybe rankings too. I believe age of backlinks helps in SERPs ....

Ok, it may takes time... But would it work? Would the juice be redirected to siteB?
Let's say siteA is banned by Google for a reason or another, it would be nice to be able to reuse all its backlinks, don't you think?
It could also be useful if siteA was used to promote an affiliate program that is now old and that no one buy anymore. Hop! Let's redirect all its backlinks to siteB which start to be popular!
I'm not saying the backlinks for siteA would be optimized for siteB, but they would still be valid backlinks...
If there is any, then it should be redirected to siteB as time passes.
Reusing backlinks sounds good, but I'm not sure how Google treats things associated with a banned site.
They should be considered valid ones.
I wanted to test this redirection thing a few month back to see effect of links obtained through Top Commentator plugin. I wanted to use a deeplink of a test page, become the Top Commentator, notice the effect of PR8 link, and if there is any + effect then redirect backlinks to homepage to make it stronger. That site never accepted the deeplink, and I never went ahead with test.
