refferal tip help !!

can ppl give me tips to get refs to the site in my sig i can seem to get any so i need to do all the free offers

It seems to me that the best way to get real referrals would be to tell people about what is in it for them.

I'd write up some high-quality informative and promotional articles and I'd submit them to a large number of article sites.
