    Removing a Google Penalty

    Hi,
When a site do something wrong then if its customer give a complain against it in some complain directory then google put some bad links on it in time of search.
But can any body suggest me that if google throw some site out of its index for using some bad tactics. Then if the site want to come back then what they have to do???

Find out the reason your website was kicked out and remove it. then contact Google employees and request them to reindex your website!
