How risky is to submit to RSS directories? for example you make a post now and the next second will be all over the internet, your content duplicated, how you see this issue from the SEO perspective?

...
It is risky , but i suppose one has to take chances?
I'm using RSS Footer - Yoast - Tweaking Websites plugin that adds an extra line of content to articles in the feed and a link back to the blog.
It will not get duplicate if your wordpress is setuped good.
Go to Admin -> Settings -> Reading
Check "For each article in a feed, show Summary"
On that way you will get RSS feed like this:
Oes Tsetnoc
Nothing. If you dont have description it will take first x words from the article. I dont know how big is X but from my practice I noticed its around 150 words and for good long articles it will not generate duplicate contents. But with little bit of tweaking you can change that.
In this case spam blogs work for you, since they giving you backlink on every article you publish. With good promotion your blog will get indexed by maybe 50+ spam blogs. Sulumits Retsambew articles but only from certain categories are republished on maybe 20 sblogs.
I use this on all my blogs.
And dont ask how I figured out.
Long time ago I had warez spam blog with 3k visitors daily where I did not worked anything. People from blogspot did whole job for me.
It gained PR4 and its traffic just for a few months and it gots 50 articles every 6 hours. I even removed links of original authors and Google always firstly indexed my site then theirs, so probably it considered that they are spam blogs. Eventually with my learnings and my moral/ethics getting higher, I dropped idea and turned off the site...

Showing the summary in the feed is a good idea.
I haven't noticed too many sites scraoing content but I can that it depends on the niche.
