SERM works in one of two ways:

• Ranking a large number of URL’s on the first few pages of the search results to "bury" the negative results so deep that most searchers will never see them.
• Using legal challenges or blackhat methods to remove negative results from the SERPS entirely.

What do you mean "how to over come from it"? What are you trying to accomplish?
