I was not aware of her package either. I'm definitely going to check it out to build some backlinks. I've seen a bunch of sites recently pop up that post to their network of blogs to get backlinks. They're definitely becoming very popular.

Simon, meta tags are special lines of codes in the head section of a webpage.
Here's yours:

<head profile="http://gmpg.org/xfn/11">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
<title>Teenius - Make Money Online With A Teenager </title>
<meta name="generator" content="WordPress 2.7.1" /> 
(....)
</head> [/html]

The meta keywords tags were once very popular because they were the only place from where Search Engines associated given keywords with the website. Nowadays they aren't as useful, but it is still recommended to add them.

So here's how your header should look like:

<head profile="http://gmpg.org/xfn/11">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
<title>Teenius - Make Money Online With A Teenager </title>
<meta name="generator" content="WordPress 2.7.1" /> 
<meta name="keywords" content="YOUR KEYWORDS, SEPARATED, BY, COMMAS" />
(....)
</head>
