I'm confused. Why are you advertising this as a PR6 in your signature? It shows PR0 to my Google Toolbar.

And here it even shows 'No pagerank' which means the site isn't listed in Google or had a pagerank penalty

But I think he just wants to get attention to his proxy list, doing it the wrong way ofcourse.

some of webmasters don't check PR
