Tough to promote Bing

HI guys! I feel that it is difficult to promote a page on BING than Google on my research. how do you feel? and what are your opinions?

Try to need to submit yourself.
http://www.bing.com/docs/submit.aspx

If that does not work the create and submit a sitemap.

If that does not work then make a check using webmaster/toolbox if your site is blocked or not ?

If that is fine then check your robots.txt

Well, I think that it's just like Yahoo. It takes more time to get your site indexed than in Google. I have submitted my site two months ago on Bing but until now, it haven't still been indexed.

Bing is a new thing and we or webmasters, I should say, have not worked with it that much to come up with ways to make it work according to us. Once SEO techniques for Bing are devised, it will be all set.

Yeah. I have heard and read a news that Microsoft and Yahoo will go to a partnership. Will this mean Bing and Yahoo walk hand-in-hand to beat the giant, Google?
