Have you activated the plugin? If yes, click the plugins tab and search for All In One SEO, there are a few things you need to update first, afterwards the addon will work and improve the search engine ranks :D
Now, you should saw a "All in One Seo" link under the Tools tab (left), click on it to edit options.Quote:

What I don't know is what purpose do those serve? What SHOULD I be putting? Should I put in as many relevant keywords as possible?
Ahh... that's not a Wordpress All-in-One SEO question, that's a general SEO question.
The title tag should be the name of your page. It's best to keep this to 65 characters or less.
The description should be an English language description of your page. Google will often display this description in the search engine results.
Keywords is a list of keywords related to your page. I wouldn't stress about this one. I'd stuff it with between 3 and 20 comma delimited keywords.
