i was really confused about this well what is the use of PR...?? IF the page has PR0 and has a good traffic then the traffic is of no use..??

Well i wanted to ask what does PR actually show..?

When I do keyword research I look at my possible competitor's page rank. This is a good sign of whether or not I can beat him for a specific term. This is one of the major ways PR is used.

I was unaware that bounce rate has anything to do with SERP ranking! I'll have to work on my bounce rate and user stay time. Do you know what the target bounce rate is and how long users should stay on a site?

You might have the traffic but its not necessary you will have PR. Page rank decided just your ranking for that keyword relatively.Remember it somehwhat relative and has variety of factors.
