Actualy its a method with which you can create web 2.0 link wheel property and from that you can get backlinks, and that helps for seo n blah blah blah...
I'd like to chime in with a correction here. The method you linked to is that of Link Wheels. That is NOT Angela's method. Angela's method of backlinking involves placing backlinks on the inner pages of high PR and aged authority sites. These sites are indexed at a much quicker rate and crawled more frequently than other sites because of their "authority" in the big G.Quote:

Short and to the point - their spammers. And they offer a spam service.
Just new different names for the same thing: getting links from authority sites.
Whatever works is what gets you there.
If someone tests this out, please let us know your experience.
