Is your website accepted into DMOZ listing?

I wonder has anyone here been accepted into DMOZ? so far i have no luck in getting into dmoz.org listing.http://admincommunity.com/forum/publ..._DIR#>/sad.gif

I'm also wondering about that. I have heard about DMOZ before but I haven't really had my site included on it.

I've been rejected by DMOZ once but it's too much of a hassle to get in there.

i once tried to get into them but they rejected my site. so i never did try again. i got better things to do than concentrating to them

I swear i have tried so many times they are so strict and just gave up in the end

DMOZ has hundreds of thousands of links. I'm sure there are many successful people.

Yes, all the website listed is old website, what i say is about new website, it getting harder and harder to get listed in DMOZ nowadays

Newer websites need to be developed and have decent web rankings. DMOZ is also human edited, so they can also check out on stability, reliability and if your purpose in submission is for the listing or the PR juice. Its much harder for a 3 day website to be listed than a 3 year website, as a general rule, but content is still king when it comes to listings.
