There were many other good ones before the recent co.cc flood. Now they are nearly worthless (5-10 visitors/per proxy usually).

  4. It's still worth submitting your sites to them. If you don't want to do that how else are you going to get traffic ? .co.cc domains have saturated all of the proxy niche therefore your going to find them everywhere so....

Yeah, might as well just ignore them and use mainstream extensions to have a leg up on the competition and come off as at least slightly more professional than the .co.cc people. I registered one .co.cc for a proxy site and ran into a lot of issues where lists won't include it so I just go with .com and .info now.

Not if you are a manual submitter like me. Minimal traffic sites are a complete waste of time in most cases and I avoid them as soon as I conclude that they're going to stay useless. In a few cases however, lists take action such as stopping co.cc submissions, in which case they become useful again.

I'd use an autosubmitter like the one on a well known proxy list , but it is full of sites that don't work, don't approve, don't send any traffic, or have other such issues.
