Some of you probably submitted some of your sites but I've transferred it to another project which will be sort of a directory with proxy sites, forums, lists, etc.

I will be selecting 10 free listings and will add them to the top 5 and tier 2 positions for 1 whole month completely free.

Is this list live or are you still working on it? I only ask because there is quite a bit of "lorem ipsum" content and you've got proxieslounge listed, which no offense intended isn't a proxy so I really don't think it should be on there, or atleast not a tier one listing.

Also in your post here you state "no back link" required for free listing, however on site it clearly states it is.

Now, I know you had proxygears up before, so what was traffic like? I've got a nice new proxy I'm going to start promoting in the next week or so as schools start back up, so just wanna know what I can expect. This new one I'm launching I'm gonna try to make it one of my new permanent proxies, so I'm on the look out for good promotion opportunities

*edit : also meant to ask, the compatibility buttons. Are you testing the actual compatibility for such sites, or relying on the proxy owner to relay said information? Because I wouldn't put it past some owners to lie about compatibility to get the extra attention, so I'm just hoping you'd check them out for sure.. That would also help an owner to know if there site wasn't working for something so they could fix it. also some of us (mainly me) might not have accounts at some sites, so testing real compatibility might not be possible. *hypothetical* myspace works when not logged in but trying to login doesn't...it's half compatible, and some owners without a myspace account would never know.. /edit *

The list is live, just launched it a few minutes ago and,
The reason I listed proxieslounge is because since there's no proxy sites listed yet, it would show how the list works. Once I get some submissions it will be removed.

About the backlinks, I said on this post it is not required because I will not ask for backlinks for the first 30 or 40 proxy sites but it will be required for the rest of the submissions.

Always try the free listing so you could judge for yourself before buying premium positions.

Kay gotcha I just figured you woulda put up one of your proxy sites to show off the listing feature. But I understand now.

But thanks for the information Jorge, helpful as always. I'll probably get a premium listing when I start promoting the new site anyway, I mean what's a few bucks anyways, haha, especially when I'll be dropping a lot more for some other promotions.

Regarding the compatibility icons,

When submitting, the owners must check only the sites they know for sure their proxy works with. Although everyone could select the compatibility features, Only the top 5 and tier 2 positions (15 proxies) will have this feature displayed on the homepage so it's very easy for me to check if they really work.

If I notice anyone abusing this feature by lying multiple times, it'll just get blocked.

I randomly chose some of the free listing and added them to the top5 (premium links) and tier 2 (premium links) for free. This is only for first 2 months since we're still under Beta! mode making sure everything works great.
