may i know reason, why ?.......

if you earn 100$ from that site, and if someone offer you 2k$ for that then are you not get ready to sell. this is 20month earning and in next 20month you can new websites.

I think aquarezz thought same like me.

He didn't get $2k; he said that he's gotten mid-high $xxx, which is low imho for a site which ranks very well, is trusted (aged, I suppose) in a very competitive niche, let alone the revenue.

are you think that proxb.com making 100$ a month. BTW basically people selling sites on 10month revenue condition, i was just post a example.

and i am sure aqurezz know that how to build proxb.com type site again and how to do seo. so its not too hard for him.
may be you also saw that many people only doing this business, they took a niche, promote site and then sell, and they doing this again and again.
just saying becaz before coming in this section i was learning about directory business and know 2-3 people who is doing this buiness, creating directories and selling them.

It takes time and hard work to get rankings and build the trust around a site. I don't know for how long has Aquarezz owned ProxB, but I'm sure it wasn't a couple of months.

I'm just saying that I wouldn't sell it if it was mine. Maybe I'm saying that because the 10x or 12x revenue model just sucks to me.

That's the thing, I started ProxB at the end of February and got these amazing rankings since a few days. I know this is a big mistake of me, but I'm kinda in need of the money so it's not like there is another choice at the moment

I could've made a lot more monthly with ProxB.Com, but I just need to concentrate on it much more. I'm receiving an average of 500 visitors daily, just from the keyword proxy sites & school proxies.. And it's not like I'm on top, so eventually I could've grew but it's sold now so nothing to do about it

Hopefully my new list that I'm going to create in the next few months will do as good as ProxB which was pretty new in fact
