Anyways, the site is up, has been up, and will be up (barring server screwups).
Submit your proxy (proxies only) at no cost, as in free.
Or use any and all the proxies in the list (99 so far).
What kind of promotion are you doing for the list? And I mean visitor-oriented, not webmaster-oriented.

That's because almost all proxy list owners are just trying to convince webmasters to submit their proxies to their list to get money. But the key to success is to get a good balance between the amount of visitors & amount of proxies. But I think you're now aware of that, thanks for answering the question! :p:)Quote:
