Or use any and all the proxies in the list (99 so far).

What kind of promotion are you doing for the list? And I mean visitor-oriented, not webmaster-oriented.

That's because almost all proxy list owners are just trying to convince webmasters to submit their proxies to their list to get money. But the key to success is to get a good balance between the amount of visitors & amount of proxies. But I think you're now aware of that, thanks for answering the question!

And let me tell you, it is hard to compete with all the proxy lists out there!
