Note all a) validation no longer required b) traffic is now more like 300-800 hits per site submitted.
I have no idea whats up with your website it works somtimes and then dos not work.

I see its in there now (i.e. must have found the backlinks). 17 have submitted ok today and server stats say been up for last 24 hours. Sorry cant help at the moment but will keep my eyes open,
